Norwegian letters: one year of weekly articles about Norwegian culture
I am writing about important values Norwegians live by on daily basis. Understanding unwritten and unspoken rules, can give us a huge advantage in the way we communicate ourselves when we don't speak Norwegian yet, and even if we do.
Study, life and work in Norway for almost two decades, added to a background in communication, journalism, peace resolution and practical psychology are giving me the tools to explain written and especially unwritten values the Norwegian culture has. I hope my writing will help you understand both the Norwegian culture and the differences you are bringing with you from your own culture. You can see what people say, further down on this page.

I guess I am writing about what I wish I would have read about when I moved to Norway. I didn't find any book, and therefore I wrote one myself. You find it here.
